ONLINE COURSES

Trainees will have the opportunity to complete several courses in Football Coaching and Football Scouting. Over several days in Levels 1, 2 and 3, covering several topics including an introduction to coaching practices at an academy level and scouting players at an elite level and what it entails, with topics including:

Football Scouting Courses Level 1, 2 and 3; Introduction to Scouting, Identifying Talent, and Assessing Player Ability Categories

Football Coaching Courses Level 1, 2 and 3; Manage coaching sessions and games, Develop players technically, and Elite coaching methods and drills

Trainees will complete an online course between 3 to 10 days self paced. After evaluation successful trainees will receive an entry level accredited qualification certificate.

USEFUL RESOURCES

Coaching E-Book – includes key information, coaching drills and practices  which will assist you in improving as an elite coach and leader. As a member coach you can access the E-Book anywhere, on your phone, tablet or laptop. The purpose of this E-Book is for you, the coach, to learn different coaching techniques in order to improve as a coach and utilise in your everyday football coaching practices.

Scouting Portal –  includes key information and direct contact to professional club scouts. The purpose of this portal is for you, the scout, to seek out suitable players and introduce them for opportunities at academy football clubs

PLACEMENT PROGRAM 

This course can be held alongside conventional courses such as the FA Coaching Level 1 and 2, and FA Introduction to Scouting. There is no minimum qualification requirement to be eligible to apply for this program and outcomes and results are delivered after a minimum of 48 hours assessment. Stages of the program will include:

Remote Online Theory – Trainees will complete modules in several online courses up to 3 days access self-paced and guided by our lead tutors.

Work Placement: Trainees will be allocated to our partner football teams to undertake coaching, or placed as scouts and will assist in a role recruiting players

Each trainee will complete this over 4 weeks for 1 – 2 days per week, followed by a potential offer of employment, an employment reference to take forward to further opportunities, and a certificate. All trainees will be working with children, and are expected to complete one with us prior to undertaking any practical work experience. New DBS’s can take anything from 1 week onwards.
