We offer a number of programs and pathways in sports via two avenues, FOOTBALL COACHING & FOOTBALL SCOUTING. Costs to participate are subsidized for a nominal fee and we are seeking a number of beneficiaries across all boroughs. Each opportunity is structured for you to complete remotely and in-house locally so you would not need to come into our academy centers to take part.

WORK EXPERIENCE & TRAINING PROGRAMS
This program offers pathways in sports via two avenues, football coaching, and football scouting in entry level CPD accredited football coaching and scouting qualifications which can also be held alongside conventional courses such as the FA level 1 and 2. There is no minimum qualification requirement to be eligible to apply for this program and outcomes and results are delivered after a minimum of 48 hours assessment. Costs are subsidized to increase inclusive participation and some of the benefits and outcomes includes: The fluidity of the program means trainees can choose to complete the program remotely from anywhere:
- Age groups: 16 years and over
- Requirements: No specific requirements or backgrounds
- Length of program: 4 weeks work experience, followed by a possible permanent role offer as a coach or scout, and employment reference
- Cost to participate: Included within registration form
- Benefits: Accredited qualification, Work Experience, Employment Reference and Potential Offer of Permanent Role

- Coaching Level 1, 2 and 3: Provides an introduction and insights to coaching practices at an academy level, different positions and modern day tactics
- Scouting Level 1, 2 and 3: Provides an introduction and insights into scouting players at an elite level, different strategies, and how to recruit different positions
- Outcomes: Those with aspirations to become sports tutors could benefit the most from completing any of these courses. Successful trainees can go on to become sports coaches, football coaches, or football scouts.
FOOTBALL SCOUTS
If you are looking to become a scout, our entry level role is great to take your first steps on the ladder to becoming a professional football scout. As a scout you would be able to connect the players you scout, with the right opportunities using our academy scouts portal. The academy scouts portal will allow you to:
- Communicate directly with professional club scouts
- Present and introduce your players directly to them for academy trials
- Access our recruitment strategies and worksheets to recruit more suitable players
